I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were in need of updating and had a slight odor, but they did meet our basic needs and were reasonably priced. However, there were issues with hot water during our stay.

The hotel had a very clean and up-to-date room despite a peculiar odor, making it slightly challenging to fully relax although it was quiet. The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the area but had some gaps in understanding certain items like a house phone. The location was great for our needs, although the neighborhood around the glass French door was not the best. The dining experience was not perfect as the breakfast service had some timing issues. Overall, the price was reasonable for the value provided.
